Are you detail-oriented, organized, and proactive? Do you thrive in a role where you ensure things run smoothly from start to finish? If so, we’re looking for an Order Monitor to oversee our order flow and keep everything on track!

About the Role:
This is a new position, so we’ll be shaping the role as we go. However, the core responsibility is clear: monitor every order from start to finish to ensure smooth processing, on-time delivery, and proper billing.

As a small but growing business that handles 500+ orders per month across multiple product categories we need a dedicated person to review each order daily, ensuring it moves through every stage without delay.

What You’ll Do:
- Track all orders through our order management software, ensuring each stage progresses on time.
- Review each order daily and flag any delays or bottlenecks.
- Communicate with management and the sales team about any late or at-risk orders.
- Verify key stages in the order process, including:
- Orders placed within 24 hours after submission.
- Timely receipt & inspection of blank goods.
- Production schedules (e.g., embroidery completed in 5 days).
- Packaging & shipping timelines.
- On-time delivery to customers.
- Work across multiple product categories, including promotional products, branded apparel, signage, and PPE (hard hats, safety vests, etc.).
