Job Title: Operations and Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and organized Operations and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of tasks, including recruiting new staff members, organizing digital data, providing sales support, and handling other operational duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Make outbound calls to potential candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process to ensure we hire top talent.
Data Organization: Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring data is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing necessary support, such as managing client communications, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales performance.
Administrative and Operational Tasks: Handle various administrative and operational duties as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience in recruitment, sales support, or operations is a plus.
Proficient in using digital tools and software for data management.
