JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Experience is Required. Please do not apply if you do not have Real Estate experience. We are seeking a dedicated Operations and Marketing Assistant to streamline our inspection processes and enhance our marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with our team to manage scheduling, documentation, communications, and marketing tasks. Please read the entire post. Directions on how to apply are at the bottom. Job Responsibilities:

1. Inspection Scheduling and Management:
Utilize Spectora to schedule various types of property inspections.
Customize and manage checklists for each inspection type.

2. Documentation and Reporting:
Upload and manage documents and reports on Spectora.
Build out tasks and integrate them into each inspection protocol.
Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with instructional Vimeo videos.

3. Communication Coordination:
Collaborate closely with an in-house, US-based manager to handle communications.
Take over phone duties when the manager is unavailable and manage follow-up communications (emails, calls, and texts).

4. Data Management and Metrics:
Assist with gathering and analyzing business metrics
Manage data entry for marketing and event coordination on platforms like Eventbrite and Mailchimp.

5. Marketing and Media Support:
Assist in writing blogs, managing the website, and sending mass emails.
Support potential media activities and ensure proper access and sharing protocols are maintained.

Required Skills:
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in real estate, inspections, or a related field.
Prior experience with document management systems and client communication tools.

Additional Information:
Training will be provided with an emphasis on shadowing Justine to ensure a comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities. The role will evolve to include more responsibilities in metrics and data analysis, providing an opportunity for growth within the company.
