JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (9 AM to 6 PM PST)

About Us:
I am a California-based Naturopathic Doctor with a thriving business specializing in premium supplements and skincare products. Our products are manufactured in the US, Switzerland, and France, and we cater to customers worldwide. We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented Operations and Logistics Admin to oversee and optimize our global supply chain and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:
Handle B2C orders via Shopify.
Manage Amazon FBA operations.
Process and oversee B2B orders from regions including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Qatar, and other countries.

Inventory Management:
Forecast and replenish stock at warehouses in Nevada, US, and Birmingham, UK.
Ensure timely stock replenishment for Amazon FBA.

Shipping and Logistics:
Oversee domestic and international shipping, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
Proactively handle shipping issues to avoid errors and delays.
Prepare and manage all necessary customs and shipping documentation.

Sales Expansion:
Identify opportunities to boost sales and expand into new markets, such as Korea, India and other countries.
Ensure compliance with international shipping and product requirements including product packaging.

Accounting and Financial Assistance:
Process and manage customer invoicing.
Collaborate with our US-based accountant to assist with internal numbers and reporting.
Calculate revenue, profit margins, product costs, and other financial metrics.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience in order processing, inventory management, and logistics for global markets.
Proven track record of managing domestic and international shipping.
Knowledge of shipping compliance and customs documentation requirements across multiple countries.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
Experience in accounting, including invoicing, revenue calculations, and cost analysis.
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Amazon FBA.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify and act on opportunities to grow sales and market presence globally.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in skincare or supplement industries.
Knowledge of global market regulations.
Familiarity with inventory forecasting and practices.
