Operations and Data Lead

Company: We help companies that sell and install HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in homes. Today, we are focused on helping them improve their sales experience with software and AI.

Responsibilities:
• Research and compile HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment specifications from online sources, entering the data into our internal database.
• Input and update templates within the platform, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of the platform, documenting any issues and bugs.
• Support miscellaneous initiatives, tasks, and administrative duties as needed to facilitate smooth project operations.
• We require at least 4 hours of daily overlap Monday through Friday with a standard 9AM-5PM workday in the ET timezone (e.g. New York timezone)

Required skills:
- Proven data entry experience: ability to enter large amounts of data in an accurate and efficient manner
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- This is a remote, full-time position

Not required but our ideal candidate would have: previous experience working for or with a US-based HVAC, plumbing or electrical contractor, and experience working with the ServiceTitan platform.
