We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations
Administrative
Operations team, enabling seamless collaboration with the Sales, Client Success, and
Marketing teams. Your primary focus will be to help streamline execution, enhance operational
efficiency, and support processes that drive the company's goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong problem-solving
mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
This role will be instrumental in executing strategies designed to improve productivity, optimize
workflows, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
? Provide technical support to tea
platform usage, account creation, and troubleshooting across tools such as HubSpot,
ClickFunnels, and others
? Document process flows and create SOPs for tasks across various departments,
ensuring consistency and accuracy
? Edit or create workflows in CRM systems,
improve automation and resolve issues
? Assist in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing contracts, form templates (using
Jotform/Typeform), and
? Create simple spreadsheets or dashboards to visualize success of an individual
department or role (typically in GSuite)
? Help maintain and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and
accessibility of information both internally and externally for client management
? Research and gather data required to support project planning and process
improvement initiatives
? Assist with setup and management of Calendly events, HubSpot Meetings, and Zoom
meetings for both internal and client-facing activities
? Assist with simple copy or design edits for webpages, sales funnels, and
templates (on platforms like ClickFunnels, Wordpress, Shopify, etc.).
? Assist with community platform management (e.g., Circle, MightyNetworks), including
user onboarding and content scheduling
? Proactively suggest process improvements and work with the operations team to
implement new initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
Preferred Proficiencies/Requirements
? Proven experience in providing administrative support.
? Self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn.
? Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
? Experience with GSuite is required.
? Experience with some platforms on the following list is preferred:
