JOB OVERVIEW

Operations & Team Lead (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced, high-performance Operations & Team Lead to manage daily operations, oversee teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and ensure seamless execution across our fast-growing real estate coaching business. Experience in real estate is a bonus.

If you are highly organized, have a strong sense of urgency, and can step into different roles as needed to get the job done, this role is for you.

Role Overview
Position: Operations & Team Lead (Remote)
Salary: $1,800/month-$2,000 (Potential increase after 90 days)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Reports To: CEO
Start Date: ASAP

Once this role is filled, we will be hiring one to two additional teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and the Operations & Team Lead will assist in their onboarding and management.

Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management
-Oversee daily execution across the coaching team (real estate team experience is a plus)
-Manage Admin VA, Community Manager, and Client Success Manager
-Ensure KPIs and deliverables are met on time with a high sense of urgency
-Maintain SOPs, workflows, and team accountability

Hiring & Training
-Assist in hiring one to two new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers immediately
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for future hires
-Track performance of setters (DM booking) and closers (sales calls)

Project Execution & Accountability
-Organize and track marketing, sales, and fulfillment tasks
-Report weekly metrics and progress to the CEO
-Identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency
-Step into various roles as needed to ensure smooth business operations

Client Success Oversight
-Support the Client Success Manager with onboarding and retention
-Ensure clients receive materials, strategy calls, and deal resources
-Improve client experience and satisfaction metrics

Ideal Candidate
-At least two years of experience in operations, project management, or team coordination (experience in the coaching industry required; real estate experience is a bonus)
-Highly organized, process-driven, and proactive problem solver
-Comfortable stepping into different roles to ensure business success
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple teams and projects efficiently
-High sense of urgency with a strong ability to drive execution
-Experience using CRM, project management, and communication tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Notion
