Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations & Systems to lead the optimization of our business infrastructure, drive strategic alignment, and elevate our team performance. This role is ideal for a process-oriented leader who excels in managing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and scaling digital-first companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning vision with execution, facilitating planning sessions, running Level 10 meetings, and driving operational improvements that fuel growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment across the company.
* Translate the company vision into actionable departmental objectives, KPIs, and quarterly goals.
* Run weekly Level 10 meetings to uphold team accountability, solve key business issues, and drive execution.
* Align all departments with the company’s long-term vision and quarterly priorities.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and health across departments.
* Build real-time dashboards to provide leadership with data-driven insights.
* Standardize and document core business processes to improve consistency and scalability.
* Identify operational inefficiencies and introduce automation or system upgrades for improved productivity.
* Collaborate with leadership to ensure team structure and roles are optimized for growth.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews to maintain a high-performing team.
* Strengthen cross-department collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, and tech by eliminating bottlenecks.
* Build scalable operational frameworks to support the company’s continued expansion.
* Implement digital-first practices to support a remote, globally distributed team.
* Streamline communication and operations using tools like Asana, Slack, GHL, and automation platforms.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in scaling operations for a remote company from 7 to 8 figures.
* Deep working knowledge of EOS, including tools like VTO and Level 10 meetings to promote execution and accountability.
* Expertise in defining and optimizing KPIs to evaluate organizational performance.
* Strong leadership, project management, and business process optimization skills.
* Experience managing systems and operational workflows to support rapid growth.
Preferred Skills:
* Background in the health & wellness space, online education, or community-centric businesses.
* Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
* Familiarity with the unique challenges of fast-scaling digital companies.
