JOB OVERVIEW

The Chief of Operations and Strategy will be responsible for creating and executing operational workflows, implementing systems like HubSpot and ManyChat, and ensuring that revenue-generating activities—including events, merchandise, and memberships—are executed seamlessly. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, operationalizing her vision while driving measurable outcomes.
This is a foundational role for a driven, results-oriented leader who excels in both tactical execution and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution
Develop, document, and refine SOPs for managing key initiatives, including hosted events, pop-ups, and membership programs.
Ensure all processes are optimized for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Oversee and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for programs, merchandise production, and event execution.
Anticipate and mitigate operational challenges to ensure flawless delivery.
System Integration and Automation
Lead the integration and optimization of systems like HubSpot (CRM) and ManyChat (automation).
Build workflows that streamline lead generation, customer engagement, and sales processes
Create dashboards to track metrics for events, merchandise, and memberships.
Provide actionable insights to inform strategy and optimize revenue streams.
Revenue Strategy and Alignment
Align operational processes with revenue goals, ensuring smooth execution of monetized offerings (events, merch, memberships).
Develop and manage a system for tracking and forecasting revenue performance.
Collaborate with the CEO to ideate and operationalize new offerings, such as exclusive memberships, curated retreats, and merchandise campaigns.
Strategic Partnership with CEO
Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans.
Act as a thought partner, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Represent the CEO’s vision to vendors, partners, and clients, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.

Key Qualifications
Experience
5+ years in operations, project management, or a related leadership role, ideally in a startup or mission-driven organization.
Proven success in system integration and process optimization, including tools like HubSpot, ManyChat, ConvertKit, or Airtable.
Experience managing revenue streams, including events, merchandise, and membership models.
Skills
Operational Expertise: Exceptional ability to create, document, and refine workflows and SOPs.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in implementing and optimizing CRM and automation platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to connect day-to-day execution with long-term business goals.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
