We are a fast-growing cleaning company looking for a high-energy, results-driven Operations & Sales Assistant to work directly with the CEO.

We are looking for a candidate with a warm, friendly, and professional voice, ideally suited for customer interactions and sales—female applicants preferred!

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)
- Convert incoming calls into paying customers – guide them through our services & booking process.
- Manage scheduling & customer inquiries – reschedule, confirm, and assist with appointments.
- Solve operational issues on the fly – keep things running smoothly.
- Outbound calls (10%) – pitch our services to realtors and property managers.
- Track key business numbers – submit daily reports on revenue, bookings, and performance.

- You’re a deal maker – You know how to talk to customers, solve problems, and close sales.
- You love talking to people – Whether it’s clients, cleaners, or realtors, you build rapport fast.
- Fluent English & strong communication – Clear, professional, and persuasive.
- Tech-savvy & organized – Comfortable with Google Sheets, Airtable, and OpenPhone.
- Thrives under pressure – Handles multiple tasks without stress.
- Proactive problem solver – Sees issues before they happen and fixes them.
- Full-time availability – Monday-Friday (weekends optional).

Shift & Pay
- Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM PHT (4 PM – 12 AM Dallas time). Flexible here.
- Pay: $3-4 per hour (40 hours per week) to start + performance bonuses. Our first VA!
- Payments: Twice a month (via Wise or similar platform)
- Growth opportunities – Earn more as you prove yourself.
