JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven Operations & Program Director to lead the optimization and management of our internal systems and processes. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in operations management, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving efficiency while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the setup, management, and optimization of systems and workflows using tools like ClickUp, Telegram, Go High-Level, Whop, and Mobile Text Alerts. (Editing Skills or website development is a plus)
Ensure all tools integrate smoothly, improving collaboration and communication across the team.
Keep the ClickUp dashboard organized for task management, employee onboarding/off boarding, and tracking company goals.
Manage Telegram groups for both team communication and customer engagement.
Implement and optimize Go High-Level for CRM management and customer communication.
Keep Whop product listings accurate and coordinate marketing efforts through Mobile Text Alerts.
Oversee company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand voice.

Employee & Customer Onboarding
Develop and refine the onboarding and off boarding processes for employees, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience.
Design a seamless customer sign-up process, ensuring smooth data collection and integration across all systems.
Make sure our customers enjoy a frictionless journey from sign-up to purchase.
Collaboration & Training

Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
Provide training and ongoing support for employees on the systems, tools, and processes in place.
Continuous Improvement

Regularly assess our internal systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies to optimize growth.
Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to ensure we’re always improving.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in operations management and process implementation.
Expertise in tools like ClickUp, Telegram, Go High-Level, Whop, Mobile Text Alerts (or similar tools).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.
Experience in setting up and optimizing internal systems and processes.
Bonus: Familiarity with credit repair services, digital products, or SaaS is a plus!
Perks of the Job:

Hourly Rate: Starting at $4.50/hour with a performance review and potential increase after 2 months.
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses based on sales and individual performance.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours! You’ll work 4 days a week, 5 hours per day—plenty of room for work-life balance!
