Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our eCommerce operations across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of eCommerce marketplaces, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Order Management
Utilize inventory management software to forecast replenishment needs, optimize stock levels, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment efficiency.
Manage product listings, ensuring accurate SKUs, descriptions, and stock levels across all platforms.
Pricing & Competitive Analysis
Develop and implement repricing strategies using automation tools to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance to adjust pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.
Customer Support & Case Management
Respond to customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints within defined SLAs to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain positive seller metrics.
Handle case appeals and disputes, including product complaints and account health concerns, with thorough documentation and follow-up.
Reporting & Performance Optimization
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on sales, inventory turnover, and marketplace metrics.
Utilize data insights to improve operational workflows and identify areas for growth and efficiency improvements.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Maintain and update the Open Invoice sheet, ensuring accurate invoice tracking and digital record-keeping.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile expenses and maintain cost control measures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain management, or marketplace account management.
Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and some familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, and TikTok Shop operations.
Experience with inventory management software and repricing tools (e.g., Bqool, Helium10, Jungle Scout, InventoryLab, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions and dispute resolutions effectively.
