About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing ten high-revenue webshops. We work with millions in sales and rely on Shopify, our remote team, and multiple payment gateways to keep everything running smoothly.
Now, we are looking for an Operations Manager who understands the dropshipping business model and can help us optimize workflows, streamline processes, and build an efficient, high-performance remote team.

What You’ll Do (Your Role)
As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, eliminating inefficiencies, and creating strong processes that help our team work smarter.
• Process Auditing – Review how tasks are being executed and ensure teaUpgrade to see actual infombers follow best practices.
• Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, implement better systems, and optimize workflows.
• New Process Creation – Develop operational workflows that support our growing team and improve efficiency.
• System Optimization – Oversee the implementation and usage of task management tools and CRM systems.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth communication and execution across departments.
• Training & Support – Help onboard new hires and align the team with operational best practices.
• Performance Monitoring – Track performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continued operational success.
• AI Integration (Bonus) – If you have experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and automation, it will be a huge advantage.
• Dropshipping Expertise – Apply your knowledge of the dropshipping business model to enhance profitability and efficiency.


What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a problem solver, a systems thinker, and an efficiency expert. Someone who is proactive, structured, and able to take ownership of operations while improving internal processes.
• At least two years of experience in operations or process management, ideally in dropshipping or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of dropshipping operations, including order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and chargebacks.
• Experience with Shopify and payment processing tools such as Stripe or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with task management and CRM tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Upgrade to see actual info.
• Ability to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
• Experience with AI tools for automation and data analysis (preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills—you don’t just identify inefficiencies, you take action to fix them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive—we do not micromanage, so you must be someone who takes initiative.
