Oversee daily operations across all departments, including marketing, account management, and content planning.
Implement and manage systems and processes using Asana.
Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Align operations with business goals.
Ensure high-quality deliverables.
Monitor performance and provide regular updates.
Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Foster a positive work environment and support team development.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills, preferably with Asana.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
