We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our growing team. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will work directly with our Founder & CEO to drive operational efficiency, manage key projects, and optimize internal processes. This is a Direct Hire position with an incredible opportunity to shape the future of the company and grow into a senior leadership role.

THE ROLE: Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, you will be the strategic right hand to the CEO, focusing on optimizing operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving critical projects to support company growth. This is a key leadership position where you will be empowered to take ownership of initiatives and directly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Systems: Design and implement scalable operational systems, using frameworks like Traction/EOS (experience with EOS is a plus).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between departments (Client Services, Recruiting, HR, Growth) to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and improve collaboration.
- Strategic Execution: Work directly with the CEO to turn strategic goals into actionable plans, manage key projects, and track performance against company objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, integrator, or chief-of-staff roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- 3+ years of experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies, preferably in a startup.
- Proven experience creating and optimizing systems, processes, and workflows to support rapid growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Comfort with using tools like Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, and Zapier.
- Ability to work autonomously and reliably in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (summa, magna, or cum laude preferred).
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with EOS/Traction or as an EOS Integrator.
- Familiarity with AI technologies or experience in technology startups.
- Experience managing recruiting operations at scale.
