We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our team of experienced appointment setters who book appointments for life insurance agents. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure our team operates at peak performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Managing a Team of 10-20 Appointment Setters – Keep them motivated, accountable, and performing.
? Coaching & Training Callers – Ensure they are following best practices and improving results.
? Sending Reports to Clients – Track team performance and deliver results-driven insights.
? Onboarding New Agents – Conduct Zoom calls and webinars to support our clients.
? Supporting Webinars & Zoom Events – Be the face of our services, interacting with clients confidently.
? Monitoring Team Performance – Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes to maximize efficiency.
? Ensuring Quality Appointments – Work closely with the team to maintain high-quality lead conversion.


Who We’re Looking For:
?? Experienced in Sales or Appointment Setting Management – Must have experience leading a team in a similar role.
?? Strong Leadership & Coaching Skills – Able to train and develop high-performing appointment setters.
?? Excellent English & Communication – Comfortable being on video calls, webinars, and training sessions.
?? Organized & Detail-Oriented – Can manage reports, track KPIs, and ensure seamless operations.
?? Confident & Camera-Ready – Willing to represent our company on Zoom calls and live events.

?? Tech-Savvy – Familiar with CRMs, dialers, reporting tools, and other appointment-setting software.
