Operations Manager

Salary: $6 USD per hour (Increase after 1st month based on performance)

About Us: We are a fast-growing dropshipping business focused on providing high-quality ergonomic products to customers in Italy. Our team is small but efficient, and we are looking to bring in a motivated and reliable operations manager to help us scale.

Responsibilities:

Manage supply chain operations
Create and schedule social media posts
Manage and respond to comments
Handle PayPal dispute management
Oversee customer service tickets
Provide customer service as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in customer service, social media management, and operations
Strong communication skills in English
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
