YOUR ROLE:
As an Operations Manager, you will drive our company’s focus on customer service and client relationships. You will manage client communications, address customer interactions, and oversee operational tasks to enhance service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and proactive engagement to meet their needs and continuously improve our service delivery.
-Customer Support: Address and swiftly resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Operations Management: Oversee operational tasks to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure seamless business processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-Graveyard Shift: This role requires readiness to work the Philippine night shift to align with US business hours.
-Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or roles akin to executive partners.
-Experience interfacing with foreign stakeholders, preferably American.
