To be the No 2 and assist the business owner to run and manage 4 different (small) businesses - nursing home, retail, property management and various charities. Experience working in smaller businesses desirable - you will not have a large pool of assistants to delegate to!
- Proficient English level expected at C1 or C2 level
- Will need tp work UK hours 0800 (Manila 1600) and end 1700 (Manila 1am) allowing for 1 hour unpaid lunch break
-5+ years experience in operations role with a variety of businesses
- you will be highly organised, a great communicator, a good learner, adaptable,/flexible with a can do attitude and improvise when facing challenges, relishing the opportunity for responsibility as you learn. No two days are the same.
- Must have a Windows computer. Some of the software used is not compatible with Apple
- You should be numerate and comfortable working with numbers - Xero familiarity an advantage
- Microsoft Word and Excel at intermediate level needed
- You will be multitasking - often juggling and needing to prioritise tasks between businesses. - never forgetting to do things on your list.

- create Linked In posts from information provided my me
- create google forms
- at other times you will help me setting up/documenting workflows - familiarity with business process and workflow software an advantage. This could be in any area - marketing, recruitment, HR, operations, finance etc
