Main Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end order process, including placing orders with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., fulfillment accuracy, lead time) to improve fulfillment speed and accuracy.
Supplier Coordination:
- Act as one of the primary points of contact with suppliers, building strong partnerships to facilitate smooth order processing and issue resolution.
- Work with suppliers to resolve problems, such as damaged products during shipment or missing items in orders.
Customer Post-Sale Support:
- Oversee post-sale support processes, ensuring customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges are promptly addressed.
Process Optimization:
- Identify, design, and implement improvements in order fulfillment and post-sale processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for fulfillment, inventory management, and post-sale support.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide actionable insights to upper management to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or order fulfillment
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for learning and becoming a product knowledge expert
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from the Head of Sales
- Fluent in English, preferably a near-native speaker
- Typing speed of 50 WPM

Full-time position (40 hours/week): Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM US Eastern Time.
