Operations Manager

BloxBoom is a leading digital goods eCommerce store specializing in items for the game Roblox. We are passionate about delivering a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our customers and are looking for an Operations Manager who can help us achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee digital inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability of all digital products.

Employee Time Management:
Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
General Operations Management: Implement and manage processes to improve workflow, productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:
At Least 1+ year of Operational Management (Team + Inventory Management)
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in an eCommerce or digital goods environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements.
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
