We specialize in professional device repairs, from smartphones to gaming consoles, ensuring customers get their tech back in top shape. We need a high-level problem solver and leader with extreme attention to detail and a strong work ethic to oversee, improve, and scale our operations. This is not just a task-based role—it's for someone who can think strategically, manage processes, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Optimize and oversee daily operations across multiple locations
Analyze data and business performance to drive efficiency and growth
Implement and refine processes to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness
Hold teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable and ensure adherence to SOPs
Collaborate with leadership to execute business strategies
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before they arise
Monitor key performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement
Manage reporting, documentation, and operational compliance
