ABOUT THE ROLE:
A rapidly expanding U.S.-based telecom startup, looking for a driven Operations/Customer Support Team Lead to join their team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Product Services, leading a remote team to manage and scale customer support operations, all while working during U.S. business hours.

This is a full-time, remote opportunity to grow with a dynamic startup that’s experiencing rapid growth and creating new opportunities for innovation and development. We offer premium compensation and exciting growth potential for candidates with strong Mandarin skills.

ABOUT YOU:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (C1 or higher)
- Experienced in operations & customer support, ideally within the telecom or IT services sectors
- A natural leader who is passionate about building processes, systems, and teams to optimize performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with an entrepreneurial mindset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage customer support and operations teams to ensure efficient processes and exceptional service
- Oversee and resolve escalated customer inquiries in both English and Mandarin
- Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team to align operational activities with overall business goals
- Refine and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve clarity and efficiency
- Enhance operational systems (ZoHo, Intercom, Google Sheets) to streamline workflows and boost productivity

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-6 years in operations or customer support leadership, ideally with telecom or IT services experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (C1 level or higher)

BONUS POINTS:
- Familiarity with operational systems like ZoHo, Intercom, and Google Sheets
- Previous experience in telecom (TeleTech, AT&T, etc.) or IT services
- Experience leading teams at a U.S.-based startup
- Hands-on experience with telecom customer issues, such as port-in problems
