What you'll be doing
Your initial focus will be on supporting key aspects of our internal operations and administration,
there is however an excellent opportunity to evolve and grow this role as the company continues to
expand. We currently need support in the following areas:
? Coordinate and manage administrative tasks including procurement, scheduling, organising
digital files/records, payroll, and other back-office tasks.
? Support HR-related activities such as recruitment logistics and onboarding processes for
new tea
? Provide logistical support for virtual and in-person company events, workshops, and client
meetings.
? Contribute to the development and optimisation of operational systems, policies, and
procedures to maximise efficiency.
? Enable and support the use of software tools, ensuring all tea
and understanding of the digital resources required for their roles.
? Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational
inquiries.
? Coordinate team domestic and international travel, including sourcing flights and
accommodation
? Consolidate operational information and data to help with internal decision-making.

We are building a company of people with diverse experiences and from a variety of backgrounds,
industries, and functions. We are looking for a professional with the following experience:
? Administration
? Project management
? Operations management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
? Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Xero software
Canva – For creating and redesigning slide decks and presentations.
LinkedIn – For helping with recruitment and connecting with potential candidates.
Email
Spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) – For tracking budgets and other data (used in a simple, non-corporate way).
Calendar Tools – For scheduling meetings (likely tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar).
Travel Booking Platforms – For booking travel and managing itineraries (though not specified, platforms like Expedia, Google Travel, or a company-specific tool could be used)
