Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Follow-Ups
- Own task and workflow management using
- Follow up proactively to prevent delays and ensure seamless execution.
- Track and report on progress, highlighting key achievements and roadblocks.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase productivity.
2. Client Communication & Sales Support
- Manage client inquiries—ensuring professional, timely responses.
- Prepare and send estimates, proposals, and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Track and improve the sales pipeline with data-driven adjustments.
- Enhance the client experience through streamlined communication and automation.
3. Workflow & Automation Optimization
- Set up and optimize automated workflows using
- Analyze processes and eliminate bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- Continuously test and refine automations for better performance.
- Document SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
4. Business Operations & Accountability
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining and refining company SOPs.
- Find and implement cost-saving opportunities while increasing efficiency.

Compensation & Growth
