Role: Marketing and Operations Manager for Startup Business
Reports To: CEO
Direct Reports: External Contractors and Internal Team Members

By leveraging high-commission incomes, we guide our clients to create passive income streams through vetted real estate investments, while also addressing tax burdens and reducing reliance on W2 income. Role Description:
To serve as the right hand (integrator) to a busy executive, integrating and executing the vision set forth by the owner. This role operates within a business unit that combines a personal brand and a real estate investment firm with a high ticket coaching service (fun right?) The Marketing and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing, operations, and finances within the company, ensuring the complete A to Z execution of projects.

This rock star will manage multiple ongoing projects with minimal oversight but a high degree of accountability. They will be given diverse projects to manage to completion and will be responsible for executing the owner's ideas, from conception to implementation.

The ideal candidate is not afraid to ask for help when they need help, take on additional responsibilities, and constantly look for ways to create time and value for the CEO by offloading low value tasks.

Requirements:
Deep understanding and real world experience of marketing concepts, email marketing (e.g., ClickFunnels, GHL), and funnels
Expert experience in Clickup, Miro boards and using GoHighLevel
Experience building a high-ticket coaching business
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Experience with podcast production and marketing
Strong project management abilities
Detail oriented mindset
Comfort with recording screen videos using tools like Loom
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Google Suite
Experience with social media platforms and the latest strategies for growth (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone

Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless operations for the businesses: personal brand to high ticket coaching to real estate private equity investing
Implement and perform “EOS” like operations into the business
Execute projects from A to Z, including working with the existing team or sourcing specialized talent on platforms like Upwork
Oversee sales and marketing, operations, and financing within the company
Manage and update GHL marketing, as well as prospect and lead automation systems
Collaborate using tools like Loom for asking questions and explaining concepts
Provide clear communication, project updates, and meet self-set deadlines
Execute tasks and make progress quickly, adapting to the fast paced nature of the business
Offer feedback and suggestions for process improvements and introduce automation whenever possible
Create detailed process documentation for assigned responsibilities
Assist in executing team quarterly goals where appropriate
Participate in weekly meetings

Monitor and Manager ClickUp to its fullest extent and ensure our team is also using it
Show up to meetings on time and prepared

Work independently to figure out the 'how' when given unclear instructions
Deliver excellent, high quality work with fast turnaround times
Maintain quick communication when help is needed
Be available during normal work hours (9 AM to 5 PM Eastern) for collaboration and meetings
Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule, focusing on task completion rather than strict work hours

Exhibit razor sharp intelligence and curiosity
Maintain a mission driven attitude
Proactively look for ways to create time and space for the CEO to focus on impactful work for the businesses
