Operations Assistant – ESK Skincare

We are looking for an experienced Remote Operations Assistant to support our Head of Operations, Clare, based in Sydney, Australia. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience across key e-commerce and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations, logistics, and order management
Manage spreadsheets and data entry with accuracy
Support Shopify store maintenance and updates
Oversee customer care, including email communication
Work with 3PL providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Use ShipStation & Finale (or another inventory management system) for inventory and shipping management
Maintain CRM records and workflows in HubSpot

Requirements:
Experience as a VA or in an e-commerce operations role
Proficiency in Shopify, HubSpot, ShipStation, and 3PL processes
Experience with Finale or another inventory management system
Strong skills in google spreadsheets and data organization
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
