Position: Operations Analyst

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Excellent computer skills and strong proficiency with digital tools.
- Familiarity with construction processes and fundamental principles of civil engineering is a plus (not mandatory).
- Flexible working hours aligned with the Los Angeles, California time zone.

Job Description:
- Drone Pilot Coordination:
- Coordinate, negotiate, and hire drone pilots for operations across the United States.
- Digital Image Management:
- Process and upload drone-captured images onto our digital platform.
- Property Classification:
- Classify properties based on key features such as roofs, pavement, and air conditioning systems.
- Inspection Scheduling and Supervision:
- Schedule and oversee property inspections while managing the engineering team.
