About the Role
As our Operations Analyst, you'll be essential to keeping our operations efficient and effective. You’ll work across departments to improve processes, ensuring smooth workflows and contributing to the achievement of our broader goals.


Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to push forward initiatives and meet goals.
Support sales efforts by ensuring operational processes are aligned with business growth objectives.
Manage data processing, spreadsheets, and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.
Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure goals are met.
Implement standardized procedures to maintain consistent high-quality operations.


Qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency (C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a senior Operations Analyst role, with a proven ability to improve processes and boost efficiency.
Proficiency with IT tools like Google Suite and databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to streamline workflows.
Project management certification is a PLUS but not required.
