Operations / Amazon Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Central 23, a fun and innovative design studio based in London, is looking for a highly motivated Operations / Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our global expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, experienced, and eager to take on increasing responsibilities as they progress in their career with us.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Management: Oversee weekly stock call-offs and co-ordinate reorders.
• Amazon Product Listings: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
• Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
• Logistics Co-ordination: Book Amazon shipments with couriers (DHL, UPS) and prepare necessary customs documentation.
• Third-Party Application Management: Utilize tools such as My Refund Guy and Sellerboard to track refunds, financial performance, and optimize operations.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Amazon Seller Central: Proven experience managing product listings and optimizing sales performance.
• Data & Reporting: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Apple Numbers, with the ability to use essential formulas and data analysis functions such as pivot tables and V Look Ups.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Availability: Must be able to work between 9 AM - 5 PM UK time.
