Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to support the administrative operations of our cleaning services business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, manage client communication, and handle essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:

Manage cleaning schedules, ensuring optimal coverage.

Coordinate scheduled jobs, last-minute changes, or special requests.

Notify clients and staff of updates or cancellations.

Client Communication:

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Collect and record client feedback.

Administrative Tasks:

Create documentation per trained procedures.

Update system with necessary information per company policies.

Maintain records of contracts, insurance, and compliance documents.

Team Support:

Act as a point of contact for cleaning teams and Office staff.

Assist with training coordination and materials.
