Virtual Assistant – Operations & Ad Management
Hours: 15 hours per week
Rate: $5/hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Virtual Assistant to help manage key business operations at JT Media. This role involves overseeing Facebook Ads, setting up ad accounts, tracking client invoices and contracts, assisting with hiring processes, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Campaign Management:
Set up and manage Facebook ad accounts.


Monitor Facebook Ads performance and provide regular updates.


Ensure all Ads Managers and ad accounts have proper deadlines based on budget and ad spend.


Conduct periodic system checks to ensure smooth operation.


Client & Financial Management:
Track client invoices and send payment reminders.


Manage and organize client contracts, ensuring all required information is included.


Keep records of pending contracts and follow up on missing or unsigned agreements.


Audit monthly profits in client systems and flag any major issues.


Track and manage business subscriptions, identifying cost-saving opportunities.


Hiring & Candidate Qualification:
Review caregiver applications and qualify candidates based on set criteria.


Assist with applicant outreach and moving people through our system.


General Operations & Admin Support:
Book meetings from email responses.


Assist with client onboarding by tracking progress and answering questions.


Keep notes on client information for better organization.


Adapt to new tasks as needed.


Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
