Company Overview:
We are a high-performance real estate company seeking an Operations & Accountability Manager who understands the unique structure of a real estate business. This is not a traditional corporate job—we operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our revenue comes from commissions, property management fees, and strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Accountability Oversight
- Manage multiple departments (marketing, agent support, property management, compliance, financials) and ensure everyone completes their tasks on time
- Hold people accountable to deadlines, policies, and performance standards
- Report directly to leadership with clear, fast updates on operations, challenges, and solutions
- Proactively spot inefficiencies and implement fixes before they become problems

Real Estate Operations & Transaction Support
- Oversee compliance, agent transactions, and property management operations
- Ensure real estate documents, contracts, and deal files are completed properly and on time
- Support agents and property managers by ensuring they have the tools and systems needed to succeed
- Oversee lead generation, CRM automation, and marketing for real estate deals and property management

Technology & Automation Management:
- Oversee key real estate software platforms, including:

Real Geeks, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, Maris MLS, Paperless Pipeline, Realty Juggler, Appfolio, DocuSign, Mailchimp
- Optimize and streamline workflows using automation and technology integrations
- Identify better tools and solutions to improve efficiency
Financial & Compliance Management
- Oversee company financials, payroll, and commissions tracking
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and transaction rules
- Work with accounting to track revenue streams from agent commissions, property management, and fees

What We Need from You:
- Real estate industry experience – You must have worked with realtors, in a brokerage, property management firm, or a similar environment
- Extreme ownership & accountability – You don’t just assign tasks—you ensure they get done
- Fast, clear reporting – You proactively update leadership on progress and challenges
- Strong leadership & people management skills – You know how to keep independent contractors and teams on track
- Tech-savvy & automation-focused – You love improving workflows and optimizing technology
- Problem-solving expert – You see problems before they happen and fix them immediately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a real estate brokerage, property management company, or real estate tech firm
- Experience working directly with realtors, brokers, or property managers
- Proficiency in CRM systems, compliance tracking, and workflow automation
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
