Boat Trips Club is a fast-growing online platform connecting customers with premium boat experiences in top destinations worldwide. We operate as a high-performance tech-driven company, leveraging automation, CRM systems, and data analytics to streamline operations and scale effectively.

We are looking for a highly technical and systems-oriented Operational Manager who can build, manage, and optimize our internal workflows, CRM (GoHighLevel - GHL), and operational processes. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of automation, data tracking, CRM setup, and performance monitoring to ensure our business runs efficiently and scales effectively.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Development & Automation
Build and maintain automated workflows within GHL (GoHighLevel) and other CRMs.
Implement and optimize lead management, sales funnels, and follow-up automation.
Set up and manage integrations between different software tools (Zapier, APIs, webhooks, etc.).
2. Operational Oversight & Performance Monitoring
Ensure daily operations run smoothly by tracking key metrics (response times, conversion rates, sales numbers, etc.).
Monitor staff performance (e.g., checking if employees log in on time, complete assigned tasks, and follow processes).
Regularly audit data accuracy and workflow efficiency to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
3. CRM & Data Management
Oversee customer and lead data in the CRM, ensuring it’s structured and used effectively.
Maintain a dashboard with key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance in real time.
Ensure that messages, follow-ups, and automations are properly sent out to customers and leads.
4. Reporting & Optimization
Generate weekly reports on key operational metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the team to optimize sales processes, customer support, and marketing automations.
Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and maximize revenue.
Who You Are
? Tech-Savvy & Systems-Driven – You have experience working with CRMs (GHL preferred), automation tools, and data tracking systems.

? Proactive & Problem-Solver – You don’t wait for problems to arise; you actively find and fix inefficiencies.
? Experience with Remote Teams – You understand how to oversee remote operations, ensuring accountability and performance.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations management, CRM administration, or systems optimization.
Strong technical skills in automation, CRM management (GHL preferred), and workflow setup.
Experience with data analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with Zapier, APIs, and software integrations.
Ability to manage remote teams and ensure process accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
