About Us: We are a growing painting/construction business seeking a motivated Online Sales Closer to help convert estimates into projects by following up with leads.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with clients after estimates via phone, email, and messaging.
Address client concerns, explain service benefits, and close sales.
Track follow-up efforts and sales metrics.
Collaborate with estimators for a smooth client experience.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in service-based industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and organized.
Great english proficiency
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
