Online Strategic Support & Project Coordinator (Virtual Assistant)

Part-Time (20-Hour Trial Week) | $3-4 per hour | Remote

Who This Role is For:
I am a former corporate professional turned entrepreneur, currently developing an educational program, curriculum, and brand content that includes exercises, video, and audio components. I'm also setting up a website, CRM, marketing pipelines, and automation to support my business launch.

I need more than just a task-taker—I need a proactive, strategic partner who can help me think ahead, streamline my workflow, and manage essential tasks without waiting for instructions. If you're the kind of person who asks the right questions, identifies missing pieces, and offers solutions, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Content & Brand Support

Assist in organizing and structuring educational materials (exercises, videos, and audio files).
Help apply branding templates to website content (e.g., Canva, Wix, Squarespace).
Support with simple design tasks (e.g., formatting slides, creating visuals).
Strategic Project Coordination

Take over and manage my ClickUp project plan or transfer tasks to Asana or Upgrade to see actual info if needed.
Help break down my goals into actionable tasks, making sure I stay on track.
Proactively identify next steps—for example, if I need branding, ask if I have a pipeline of experts and suggest ways to find them.
Tech & Business Setup

Assist in setting up Google Workspace, new website URLs, and email systems.
Keep track of CRM, email marketing, and automation setup.
Research and suggest best tools and solutions to improve efficiency.
Process Optimization & Research

Find and apply best practices for streamlining content creation and business processes.
Research and recommend contractors/freelancers when additional expertise is needed.
Stay updated on new tools that could improve content development and brand management.
What I’m Looking For in You:
1) Proactive & Strategic Thinker – You don’t wait for me to assign tasks; you help identify what needs to be done.
2) Savvy with Tech & Platforms – You should be comfortable with tools like Canva, Wix, Squarespace, ClickUp, Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
3) Experience Supporting Content Creators – You understand what it takes to structure and organize content, build digital assets, and optimize workflows.
4) Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can break down projects into actionable steps, ensuring nothing gets missed.
5) Strong Communication Skills – You can ask the right questions, follow up on important tasks, and clarify details when needed
6) Eager to Learn & Adaptable – If you don’t know something, you’re willing to learn quickly and figure it out.

Trial & Payment Details
Trial Period: 1 week (capped at 20 hours)
Hourly Rate: $3-4 USD per hour
Long-Term Potential: If we’re a great fit, this role can grow with more responsibilities and hours.
