Are you passionate about teaching and helping students improve their English communication skills? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic online English tutors to conduct phone and video classes for Korean learners.

Job Description:
Job Type: Part-Time, Work-from-Home (Mondays - Fridays)
Flexible Schedule: Minimum of 3 hours per day
Schedule Options: Monday to Friday | Tuesday & Thursday | Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Monthly Schedule Adjustments: Available with management approval

Job Responsibilities:
Provide engaging and effective English lessons to Korean students.
Deliver excellent customer service while guiding students in their language learning journey.
Submit class documentation and evaluation reports to track student progress.
Complete work-related tasks as assigned by managers and team leaders.

Qualifications:
College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply!
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and willingness to undergo training.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Strong work ethic and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:
PHP 40 - PHP 60 per 20-minute audio class
PHP 60 - PHP 100 per 20-minute video class
PHP 120 - PHP 270 per hour (negotiable based on final assessment).
Performance-Based Incentives (including Perfect Attendance Bonus).
Great opportunity to increase your earnings by maintaining a full schedule, with the potential for higher rates based on your performance. Our tier system ranges from Tier 3 to Tier 1, with Tier 1 offering the highest rate.

Technical Requirements:
Computer: Desktop or Laptop (Windows 10 or above)
CPU: Intel Core i3 (5th gen) / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent
RAM: Minimum 4GB RAM with at least 60GB free hard disk space
Headset: With extended microphone and noise-canceling features
Camera: HD webcam (minimum 720p resolution)
Internet: Wired Fiber Optic connection (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
LTE/WiFi connections are NOT allowed
Workspace: Quiet, well-lit area with a plain white background
