Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing our QuickBooks account comprehensively as we integrated the platform into our operations starting in 2025. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to set up, maintain, and optimize our financial processes within QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Experience in the real estate industry and the ability to guide or train our team are a strong plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage the company’s QuickBooks account from scratch.
* Ensure accurate data entry, categorization, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
* Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
* Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with the team to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Optionally, guide and train tea
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working with QuickBooks.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
* Attention to detail and precision in financial data handling.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the real estate industry (A big plus!)
* Ability to guide and teach others on QuickBooks (A big plus).
