Online Arbitrage - Amazon Shoe Sourcer

This is a full-time job requiring 40 hours per week. Our company is growing fast, and we want to pay BIG money to VAs who can produce results.

We reward top-performing sourcing VAs with high bonuses. However, you MUST be good at sourcing shoes for Amazon, as we only want experienced professionals.

Payment Structure:
-First 1-4 weeks: Paid per approved lead at $5 per hour.
-Huge Monthly Bonuses based on your total monthly spend. The left number is your monthly spend, the right number is your bonus
$100,000 = $1,000 bonus
$90,000 = $850 bonus
$80,000 = $700 bonus
$70,000 = $550 bonus
$60,000 = $400 bonus
$55,000 = $320 bonus
$50,000 = $280 bonus
$45,000 = $240 bonus
$40,000 = $200 bonus
$35,000 = $160 bonus
$30,000 = $130 bonus
$25,000 = $110 bonus
$20,000 - $90 bonus
$15,000 = $70 bonus
-Skilled sourcer earns $700-$800 per month.
-Our top-performing VAs make $1,600 per month.

Job Requirements:
-Must be experienced in sourcing shoes for Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA).
-You must be able to find 8-10 profitable shoe leads per day using different sourcing methods.
-Familiarity with sourcing tools (Keepa, SellerAmp Sas, etc.).
-Knowledge of brand restrictions, IP complaints, and sales rank criteria for Amazon shoes.
-Experience in analyzing ROI, profit margins, and demand trends in the shoe category.
