Online Arbitrage - Amazon FBA (Sourcing)

Job Overview:
We are a rapidly growing company looking for motivated and talented individuals who are eager to develop their careers with us. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with excellent opportunities for advancement. We plan to hire a Buying Manager and a VA Manager in the near future, and we prefer to promote from within.

Pay and Opportunities:
-Average hourly wage for our sourcers is $5/hour.
-Monthly bonuses based on leads sourced.
-Current high-performing Virtual Assistants (VAs) earn between $6-$10/hour.

Job Responsibilities:
-Find 8-10 new profitable flips daily using diverse sourcing methods.

Qualifications:
-Must have at least 6 months of prior experience in Online Arbitrage sourcing.
-Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques is essential.
