We are a fully compliant FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company and Accountancy firm based in Warrington and we are experiencing exciting growth in our Accountancy practice. We love doing a great job for our clients and going above-and-beyond is second nature to us.

We are looking for ambitious, committed professionals that have experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls to-and-from Limited Company clients.

As someone who has current or has had previous experience either in a New Business Welcome Team, On-boarding or Client Support type-role, your job will be to discuss a range of Limited Company solutions that best suit the client and have the ability to discuss the technical aspect of our service.

You will manage both new incoming referrals and existing open leads to sign-up new clients to contribute towards the overall team’s goal. You will have the support of a very experienced team including a Practice Manager, Team Leader, Head of Sales, Onboarding team and accountants. You will also have an excellent CRM system to log, track and manage your daily activity and sales pipeline.

If you have worked in either a customer support or sales role within Limited Company Accountancy, we want to hear from you about what you think you can bring to the team and to the role.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with a great attitude towards delivering a great service and be a real team player
A confident outbound or inbound sales or customer service executive
Minimum 2 year’s industry experience is essential
Sales experience is desirable
Good organisational skills and attention to detail are a must

Experience:

Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Accountancy: 1 year (preferred)

As this is a UK client facing role, availability during UK business hours is required. We anticipate this can be fulfilled by 3pm to 10pm local time, which is 8am to 3pm in the UK. Administrative duties can be undertaken outside of UK business hours and will count towards hours worked.

-You must be comfortable in selling to and closing warm leads.
-You must be able to sell and exception handle a technical product.
-You must be smart, a fast learner have a positive attitude.
-You must be an awesome communicator, to integrate yourself in to the team and build relationships.
-You must have a very strong work ethic to achieve this.
