On-Call Scheduler (Healthcare/Home Health/Homecare)

We are currently looking for an experienced On-Call Scheduler to join our fully remote team!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and caregivers, handling their calls, messages, and voicemails. You'll help resolve concerns, and ensure that everyone gets the support they need.

We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent customer service every step of the way.
- If you have a BPO experience or 6 months as a Virtual Assistant, especially in Homecare, Home health, and Healthcare, we'd love to hear from you!
- Willing to work during the Weekends and Holidays.
- Familiarity with AxisCare or other similar software is a big plus.
- Strong English communication is a must.
- Reliable Equipment (i5 or Ryzen5 with at least 8GB RAM) and minimum of 50mbps Fiber internet.
