JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can answer all the phone calls, texts and emails coming into the office. This person will need to answer the phone, speak to the customer, sell them on getting an estimate and coordinating an estimate at their home or business. We also need help compiling information into reports the company uses on a daily/weekly basis. There is also a degree of outbound phone calls, emails and text. Lots of phone work. Lots of texting and emailing. :) So if you are the type of person that likes to work with a team, can speak great english and be on the phone a lot we will be a good fit. You will be speaking a lot of English. Many conversations. People will need to easily understand you. We are located in Tampa, FL. Eastern time zone. Are you open to working 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday Eastern Time Zone? Are you familiar with RingCentral or Go High Level connecting your cell? This is a full time position. You'll be contacted all day and expected to respond in a timely fashion. Excellent internet and phone skills are a necessity.
