Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial administrative support to our management team while helping to streamline our office operations and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate team schedules, meetings, and appointments • Support project management administrative tasks • Conduct market research for new business opportunities and potential suppliers • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers • Handle office correspondence and documentation • Assist in organizing and maintaining company databases • Support the procurement process for construction materials • Coordinate with site managers and project teams • Manage office inventory and supplies • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks
Requirements: • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in the construction industry • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with construction-related documentation (preferred) • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset • Experience with vendor management and procurement
