Odoo Developer (Front End and Back End)

Job Description: Taxsurety and Aspire Nex seek an experienced Odoo Developer to enhance and maintain our Odoo-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with experience customizing and optimizing Odoo to align with our luxury-focused business needs. As part of a collaborative team, you will build and refine modules to deliver an intuitive, high-touch client experience that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements for Taxsurety and Aspire Nex.
Implement custom modules for document management, client portals, project management, and CRM.
Optimize user interfaces for seamless, visually appealing client experiences.
Conduct regular Odoo updates and troubleshoot any system issues.
Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Odoo development (both front end and back end).
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and XML.
Strong experience in designing and customizing Odoo modules.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Odoo UI development.
Familiarity with luxury service or client-focused business platforms is a plus.
Serve as daytime technical support for the organization
