Part-Time VA Needed for Odd Jobs – $6/Hour (Raise to $7 after 30 days if a good fit w/ bonus based on performance). This can turn into more hours the more independent and helpful you are.

I’m looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant to join my team on a part-time, as-needed basis (10–15 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who wants to pick up extra hours with flexible tasks.

What You’ll Do:
Data-related tasks like verifying and organizing information.
Creating simple social media posts or content (guidance provided).
Other straightforward tasks, with clear instructions via Loom videos.

What I’m Looking For:
Experience: You should be skilled enough to take on tasks without needing too much guidance.
Independence: I’ll provide detailed instructions, but you should be proactive and able to connect the dots over time.
Company Culture Fit: I value someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to grow with my company as opportunities arise.

You should have a basic understanding of what commercial properties in the US look like, including storage facilities, trailer parks, and apartment complexes. The first task will involve verifying that properties on a list are indeed storage facilities.

If all you do is send me your work history and I don't learn about you, I'll probably skip over it. You are probably not a good fit if you need to talk with me all day while working. I will provide clear instructions. I'm very busy right now and can't involve myself with constant communication.

I can pay weekly via Wise or Remity. You should have another source of income already that way you can focus on this work without needing full time.
