JOB OVERVIEW

Objective: We are seeking a high-level CRM automation expert who can engineer a complete, scalable, and automated system using Follow Up Boss to drive lead conversion, nurture prospects, and integrate marketing & transaction workflows seamlessly.

This is not just a setup role—we need someone who can build a world-class real estate tech infrastructure that rivals the top agents in the U.S. and supports scaling from 100 to 1000+ closings per year.

What We’re Looking For:

? Follow Up Boss Mastery

Deep expertise in custom workflows, automation sequences, pipeline structuring, and lead routing.

Ability to create drip campaigns, AI-driven follow-ups, and performance tracking systems.


? Seamless System Integration

Connect Follow-Up Boss with key platforms, including:

Zapier (for workflow automation)

Google Suite (tracking, reporting, and collaboration)


Email
& SMS Marketing (ActiveCampaign, Twilio, or similar)

Website & Lead Capture Forms (IDX websites, landing pages, Facebook/Google Ads).



? High-Level Automation & AI Optimization

Engineer is a speed-to-lead response system that ensures every inquiry is contacted within 5 minutes or less.

Automate task delegation for transaction coordinators, inside sales agents (ISAs), and agents.

Implement AI-powered smart lists to prioritize leads based on engagement and behavior.


? Data-Driven Performance Optimization

Set up custom KPI dashboards to track conversion rates, lead sources, and agent performance.

Optimize lead scoring systems to identify & prioritize high-intent buyers & sellers.

Implement A/B testing strategies to improve email & SMS response rates.


? Scalability & Growth-Focused System Design

Build a CRM & marketing infrastructure that scales seamlessly from 100 to 1000+ transactions per year.

Structure lead funnels & automation that can handle high-volume inbound & outbound lead flow.

Ensure team-wide adoption & efficiency with proper documentation, SOPs, and training.



Who Should Apply:

This role is for a proven CRM strategist who has:
?? Experience working with top-producing real estate teams (preferably 200+ closings per year).
?? A strong portfolio of CRM automation & lead conversion success stories.
?? A deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, follow-up strategies, and high-performance lead nurturing.
