JOB OVERVIEW

THIS IS AN ON-SITE JOB. Hired applicant will need to report to our office located in Tandang Sora, Quezon City. IF YOU CANNOT WORK ON-SITE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment
- Assist in posting job ads, screening applicants, and interviewing candidates for entry-level or high-volume roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate phone screenings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft employment offers for new hires and coordinate approvals with the HR Manager.

Onboarding
- Organize onboarding activities for new hires, including employment documentation, background checks, and reference verification.
- Ensure all new hire files are complete and updated in the company database.

HR Systems Administration
- Create and manage user accounts, update employee information, and oversee access on the HRIS platform.
- Provide technical support and guidance for HR systems, including troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the HR team to recommend and implement system improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data, including contracts and compensation details.

Payroll Administration
- Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll adjustments and terminations, coordinating with IT for access removal and asset recovery.

Other HR Duties
- Coordinate HR Operations invoices for payment processing.
- Generate regular reports for analytics and leadership, such as employee updates, birthdays, and anniversaries.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and other HR projects as needed.

Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient with Technology: Comfortable using tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
