About Us

Perth Garden Games is a small business specializing in hiring out giant lawn games for events like weddings, birthdays, corporate team-building days, and interactive gatherings. We bring fun and engagement to every occasion!
Your Role

As our OBM, you will be the operational backbone of our business. You’ll work closely with the owner, ensuring everything runs seamlessly – from managing bookings to streamlining systems and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
? Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
? Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and scheduling
? Improve and implement business systems and automation
? Coordinate with virtual assistants and support staff, including delivery drivers
? Maintain financial records, invoices, and KPI reporting
? Assist with marketing and social media creation & coordination
? Handle supplier and vendor communication

Who You Are
???? Highly adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
???? Tech-savvy with experience in business tools such as Google drive & Notion
???? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
???? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
???? Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player

Must-Have Skills
? Experience as an Online Business Manager, Virtual Assistant Manager, or similar role
? Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and systems
? Familiarity with booking the booking system Booqable, Wix websites, and customer service platforms
? Ability to work independently and take initiative
? Experience utilising social media (Facebook & Instagram) to educate and engage potential customers and convert to sales.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!)
? Knowledge of event management or hire businesses
? Automation & process improvement experience

Job Offer
???? Rate: $7 per hour + performance bonuses for additional bookings secured through social media (10 hours per week / 2 hours per day Monday to Friday)
???? Holidays: Local Philippine holidays observed with advanced notice

? Performance Bonus ?: Earn extra cash for every confirmed booking that comes directly from social media efforts!
Bonus Structure:
$5 per booking for any confirmed hire that originated from social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
$10 per booking if the hire value exceeds $250 AUD.
$20 per booking if the hire value exceeds $500 AUD.
Monthly Performance Incentives:
5+ confirmed bookings in a month ? Extra $25 bonus
10+ confirmed bookings in a month ? Extra $75 bonus
20+ confirmed bookings in a month ? Extra $200 bonus
How Bookings Are Counted:
? The client must have engaged with the OBM via social media (DMs, comments, posts, etc.). ? The booking must be confirmed with a deposit/payment.
? The OBM must document the social media lead source for tracking.

Additional Perks:
? High Achiever Bonus – If the OBM generates $5,000+ in social media-driven hire sales in a quarter, they receive an extra $250 performance bonus.
? Content Engagement Bonus – If social media content (posts, reels, ads) directly leads to 50+ inquiries in a month, an additional $50 bonus is awarded.
