We’re looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Buildovate, a powerful and innovative CRM built specifically for the construction and home services industry. As we continue to grow and refine our platform, we need a strong backend engineer who can develop, optimize, and scale our system efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and RESTful APIs
- Optimize database performance, API response times, and system security
- Implement integrations with third-party services (e.g., Plaid, Stripe, Twilio, etc.)
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless API communication
- Maintain best coding practices, write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of backend development experience (Laravel preferred)
- Experience with database optimization, API development, and cloud hosting
- Strong understanding of authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs and services
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team
